Advantage Business Group have taken a leading role in the development of a European Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Working Group.

Membership of the Euro UAV Working Group is currently made up from 20 participating companies and governmental bodies from the UK, France, Spain, Italy and Belgium.

The goal of the Euro UAV Working Group is to safely integrate UAVs into civil airspace, consequently creating the opportunity for the realisation of the commercial benefits that UAV operations may offer.  The Euro UAV Working Group aims to demonstrate the viability of commercial UAV operations through a number of distinct demonstration programmes involving diverse commercial applications throughout Europe.  Click here a summary of the scope and objectives.

The Chairman welcomes all companies and agencies that feel they may contribute to the Euro UAV Working group to contact him for consideration of membership.

The next meeting of the Euro UAV Working Group is kindly being hosted by Inmarsat at their Headquarters in London on 28^th and 29^th September.
